Privacy policy

This policy covers eatmorecarbs.fithabit.club and meals.fithabit.club, run by Fit Habit Coaching (“I”, “me”). I keep what I collect to a minimum and never sell your information.

What I collect

• Calculator answers (age, sex, height, weight, activity, training and what you eat now). If you don't ask for your plan by email, these stay in your browser and are not stored.
• Your name and email, plus your answers and results, when you ask me to email your plan.
• If you buy the Anchor Meal Builder: your purchase details (payment is handled by Stripe; I never see your card number), your food preferences, and any files you choose to upload.

How I use it

• To show and email you your plan, and to build your anchor meals.
• To send you occasional emails with tips and offers. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in any email.

Who helps me run this

These services process information on my behalf, only to provide this site:

• Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (secure database and file storage)
• Resend (sending your plan emails) and GoHighLevel (my email list)
• Stripe (payments)
• Anthropic (AI that helps turn your food preferences into meal ideas in the builder)

How long I keep it

• Files you upload to the builder are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Your email, plan and purchases are kept while you have access, so you can come back to them.
• You can ask me to delete everything at any time.

To see, correct or delete your information, or for any question about privacy, email emma@fithabit.club.

Children

These tools are for adults (18+). I don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
